Lonesome D Horse and RV Park
Over 42 modern camp sites with electric and water hook-ups, all have corrals for horses. Easy access to over 100 miles of horse trails that wind through out the Ozark-St.Francis National Forest. Most trails are well groomed and are comprised of old logging roads and cut trails. Many creek, river, and waterfall crossings.

Moccasin Gap Horse Trail
Horseback riding on one of the best horse trails in the state, also a popular site for competitive rides. Horse trails through the Ozark National Forest, consisting of four loop trails, each converging into the other. The surrounding forest is a mix of hardwoods and pine with numerous streams and small waterfalls.

Southfork Trailrides and Campground
Horseback riding on trails through thousands of acres of private pastures and state managed forests. Limited number of RV hook-ups and covered stalls available. Bathrooms, hot showers, drinking water, garbage cans, campfire wood (unless under fireban). Breakfast and dinner are available for an additional fee.

The Winding Stair Equestrian Trail
The trails wind through the rugged Ouachita Mountains covered with tall pines and beautiful hardwoods. Trails are marked with yellow blazes on the trees and many junctions have maps to show where you are. 77 miles total. Loops enable the rider to plan short or long rides.
